RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want your shopping experience with Just4Sport to be as simple and secure as possible. If you wish to return a product purchased online, you may request a return under the conditions below.

1. Return Period

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and request the return of products within 14 calendar days from the date on which you, or a person designated by you, takes possession of the products.

For orders containing multiple products delivered separately, the 14-day period is calculated from the date the last product is received.

2. Return Conditions

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should only be handled to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where possible, please return the product together with its tags, accessories and original packaging.

The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

To help us identify your order quickly, we recommend providing your order number or proof of purchase.

3. How to Request a Return

Once your return request has been registered, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for shipping the return.

The return address is the address of JUSTBRO SOCIETY S.R.L., as indicated on the “Contact” and “Terms and Conditions” pages.

Please do not send the return before contacting us, so that we can properly arrange and identify the shipment.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Returns are free of charge for the customer.

Just4Sport covers the return shipping costs for returns made in accordance with this policy. Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with instructions regarding the shipping method.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases excluded under applicable law, including, where applicable, products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized products, and sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Products purchased at a discount are covered by the legal right of withdrawal under the same conditions, unless they fall under an exception provided by law.

6. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color or model, the quickest option is to return the product in accordance with the return procedure and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Products

Please inspect the products after receiving your order.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, a product different from the one ordered, or a product that has a conformity issue, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@just4sport.ro, providing your order number and details of the issue.

We will review the situation and provide you with the necessary steps to resolve it.

Consumer rights relating to non-conforming products are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not limited by this return policy.

8. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you regarding the processing of your return.

When exercising the legal right of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due in accordance with applicable law, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or until you provide proof that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed, without any additional costs to the customer.

For orders paid by cash on delivery, we will request the information necessary to issue the refund by bank transfer.
