How to return a product
1. Send your request
Provide us with the order number and the name on the order. List the products and quantities only if you are returning part of the order.
Optionally, tell us the reason for the return — for example, wrong size, product not as expected, or a defect. This information helps us improve our products and services.
2. Prepare the package
Return the product complete, along with all tags, accessories, and the original packaging in which you received it.
Protect it with suitable outer packaging for transport and do not apply adhesive tape or shipping labels directly to the product's original packaging.
3. Follow the instructions
We will guide you on how to send the package and the next steps.

Return the product and place a new order for the desired variant.
